In order to volunteer at any events through the school or parish, the following steps must be completed:

Volunteer Clearance Process

1. Fingerprint clearance (does not expire)
   
2. Schedule a Live Scan appointment with Verify Group (262 E. Hamilton Ave., Suite A, Campbell, CA)
   
3. Within two weeks, results are sent to St. Christopher
4. Virtus Safe Environment Training (valid for three years)
5. Visit virtusonline.org and select the course Protecting God’s Children Maltreatment 4.1, San Jose
6. First-time users, please click “First Time Registrant” to create a login and select San Jose (Diocese)
7. After completing the course, download your Certificate of Completion and email the certificate to Angela Duncan 
8. Waiver of Liability
9. Complete page 1 and sign page 2 of the Waiver of Liability
10. Return the completed form to Angela Duncan
11. Please review the Adult Code of Conduct carefully
